I'm watching CNN news right now and all are agog at the fact that Michael Jackson is going to give himself up. Plane's just landed, he's believed to be on the plane, yadda yadda yadda. Brings back memories of the world's slowest police chase!
So, how do you feel about the fact that he can pay his 3 million bail today and leave without being arraigned? To my way of thinking, 3 million is NOTHING to him and skipping to someplace like France would be no problem at all. Are the Santa Barbara authorities doing all they can to keep children safe from this man?

JanisN, Sadly to say that Michael Jackson will probably not seek any justice for the child molestation. Check out OJ. He got away with murdering of 2 people... Not to mention hes not as rich as Michael is... so basically he can buy him way out of the criminal justice.
The big ? is that why on earth will a parent, knowing that Michael is a accused child molester would leave their kids, unsupervised with Mischael? I think not only Michael needs to be look at but so does the parents, which i have a feeling that most of them are Jackson's fan and that their using their children ( the victims) to meet Michael Jackson.
PS, Leaving your children with Michael Jackson is like sending again your teen sons to come and live with John Wayne Gacy, not knowing what will happen to them.
I do hope he spends those 8 years in prison, which i hope it's more.
He ain't gonna like the pony ride when hes in prison ;X

Standard procedure is to take his passport. Period.
I would also arrest anyone who knowingly sends their children to spend the night at the ranch. All I can think is that the people are hoping to luck into a fortune by having something happen and getting a quick settlement.
Just what we need -- another round of reality tv! What an exciting TV spring -- Kobey, Scott and Michael -- looks like we will need a couple more TV networks to cover it all! In between a few more sniper trials. No wonder I like spending time with the dogs --

Have you seen his mug shot???  Not only should they prosecute any and all parents who allow their children to spend time with that freak, but they should also prosecute the doctors' who did that to his face. He is SCARY. |

Have you guys seen a recent video clippings of Michaels kids? I think it's sick to have their faces blocked with towels,etc.
I hope that they'll take his kids away because theses kids don't belong to this "Whacko"

The U.S. Justice System is a mystery to me and many outside the country who have grown up with the Westminster System
Ours grew out of the Westminster Stetem, and English Common Law is still considered to be the basis for our laws. But we've gone our own separate ways since then. It's better than it used to be. Some thirty years ago, the average jail time fopr a murderer was ten years. Still, on a life sentence, you're often eligible for parole after twenty years or so. For "real" life, there is what is often called "natural life" or life without parole. That's the general replacement for the death penalty which is not commonly applied. The parole system is also why you see sentences of three hundred years handed down. That way, even with the mathematical formula for parole, the perp is worm food by the time his date comes up. What's the purpose of breaking down someone's door when all he is going to do is post bail and walk out the front door of the police station? The man is presumed innocent at this time, after all. The purpose of the arrest is to bring the person before the court, not to humiliate him. The negotiated surrender actually makes it easier for both sides. All this is provided he isn't a flight risk. But even with Jacko's negotiated surrender, they cuffed him, stuffed him, and took him downtown. The rest of the procedure appeared pro forma, though. Not what you or I would get. |

The latest local news on this is that the police have what are described as "sexually explicit love letters" from Whacko to the boy. Sick, sick, sick.

Did you all see the interview with the english reporter this past summer? Wow... Michael is a freak of nature. His 3 "kids" have absolutely no resemblence to being part african-american,,event hough he says they are all his biological children. The baby,,nicknamed "blanket" (OMG), was snatched from his mother immediately upon birth, and I mean literally,,,bloody and all,,and Michael took him staright home.He said the mother did it as a gift hor him and she doesnt want the kid.Riiiiiiiight! My God,,, I would just love to bitchslap this freak! Hope he pays this time!  |

I was going to stay out of this until I saw all this pre-judgement.  I believe in our country we are innocent until proven guilty. Geez, as far as the statement about the color of his children, what difference des it make? with nasty comments like these, I sure can understand why he tries to shield them from the public what if someone said that in front of one of them? Which wouldnt shock me if someone did considering how rude people can be. Why dont you let the facts come in before you persecute him? As far as his face, its HIS face. Why are people so mean? Hes an entertainer, they all become obsessed with their looks. I dont have any of his records but I will take up for someone who is being so maligned before ALL of the facts are in. I did hear that the Mother of this kid has in the past put her kids up to saying things, I am surprises THAT wasnt brought up here, well, no Im not  And that was said by the ex husband who would know better than him? There was also an incident in a Sears store involving the Mother something about a phoney slip and fall, I am sure this will be brought up in court. Makes you wonder if they arent after $$$$$ |
