Jeepers,
Dogs have not been OFA'd until you have the xrays read and a rating returned by OFA. Does not matter how good your vet is. The dogs are not OFA'd. Period.
Your dog has been trained, but not titled in a working phase, be it OB, SCH, herding, etc. How do you know how the dog can handle stress and a true test of your dogs temperment?
I have a concern that you were not told of the various tests that need to be performed. The female's owner show be helping you.
And, breeding for "x" amount of years does not make someone a breeder. And having 17 dogs does not really mean anything - how can that person work and train (and interact) with all 17 dogs.
I agree with GSD pal.
And to give you some background...
Husband's dog is KK1, SCH3, IPO3, VK3 and FH. OFA excellent (at 5.5 years), 3 times on the World team, just breed surveyed. Still competing. We have not bred him yet as we wanted to do the OFA (he was a stamped in Europe) and the breed survey 1st.
His pedigree is awesome, but you need to work on what is correct interms of health, temperment and working ability.

My dog has been x-rayed and I have it, but there was no certification issued regarding this matter, but as a matter of fact, it's being indicated in his file ( at teh vet) that his hips are fine.

Jeep - Its really nice to see someone new trying to learn here on the boards, however, if this person that owns the bitch is really the breeder that you think they are, you may consider going to get some real world experience with them before you try breeding out.
There are SO many things that go into breeding dogs. Unfortuanately, anyone can put two dogs together and let nature take over and call themself a breeder. The fact that you're here asking questions tells me that you want to be more than that, you want to be proud of the puppies that your dog fathers, and you want to see other people have amazing dogs that are like their father.
If you're just looking for a quick buck, or really just want puppies to hand out to friends, then you've probably noticed that this isn't the place to ask questions. The fact that you're still here asking questions even after you've been met with skepticism says something about your desire to learn and do this right.
My advice to you, if your intentions are really what I've just stated, is to wait and not breed this pair this time. Take the approx. six months or so to go over to the breeder's house and learn what you can. Watch puppies be whelped, watch breedings take place, ask questions about what you're seeing and what has happened before you got there that you didn't see.
We're all willing to find links about things like diseases, temperment, breeding issues, etc. if you're willing to take the time to read them and learn. You should be absolutely proud of what you produce - and that comes from taking your time and learning all you can before you actually do it.
Welcome!

Jeepers,
That is still not OFA.
I could have the best vet (Ortho Surgeon) take the xrays, read them and state what they think. And I have had that done on all my dogs. And then, the vets send in the xrays to OFA.
But, that is the point. It is not the OFA and it is mis-representation if you said your dog has been OFA'd.

One penetration can pass on Brucellosis. If the bitch owner is so experienced demand to see a RECENT cert on the bitch. They should have one. I wouldn't breed any of mine, male or female without the test.
Yes, males refuse females.

Ok, Now that all is been said, You guys still didn't answer my questions, but before you think I've gone crazy, I'll have my male checked if you caught any dieseases from that female.
Even if he refuses her, at least he knows more about dealing with females, don't laugh, but it seems to me.
Now back to the topic, the question I have is how does the format of the contrat would look like.
