What do you mean by "jumps on people"... just greeting them?? If then it's only a matter of training. he also very into shadow chasing. and hasnt shown many signs of being trainable.we just got his pedagree and to find out that our dogs mother was breed to her grandfather is this a issue ? any input would be great. I take your dog is AKC, as it would make a 1-3 breeding and is considered too close and is not allowed by the SV.

The inbreeding may be an issue, but it's not altogether clear cut.
The throwing up may be related to the giardiasis, which is an infection by a microorganism. It's not related to breeding, but more likely related to contaminated drinking water or inadequate kennel sanitation.
The jumping is a training issue. I suggest, as I always do, obedience, obedience, obedience. You might also try more obedience training.
Seriously, it is nearly a panacea for behaviour problems. It gives the dog a framework in which to work, that eases a lot of issues. And it strengthens the dog - owner bond. It can take a lot of patience, but it pays off.
At 10-12 months old, he is probably also going througfh a "teenage butthead" stage when he is more difficult to train. But this is the time the training will pay off.

The Giardia if not treated with meds, will likely return .Albendazole is what my vet used, then MUST be followed by vaccinations against Giardia after the treatment. 2 weeks apart.
For jumping up, i turn my back on the dogs until they cool down when they are large dogs and can reach my face. once they stay on all fours I pet and reward them. with smaller dogs that cant reach my face, i ignore until they sit in front of me, then i reward them with petting. good luck with your pup.

The vomiting could be a hangover from the illness or if you're feeding once a day, it could be bile from irritation to the dog's stomach. Feeding a small meal in the morning and more at night can cure that.
None of the problems that you mention really seem relevant to a close breeding in the pedigree, except maybe lack of trainability (temperament issues). What sort of training have you tried?
