Hi everybody, I wasn't sure whether to put it here or in Nutrition section, but since it's not directly got to do with feeding our dogs, I put it here. Does anybody know a good site which tells where you find which vitamins? Also I'm interested in the actual loss of vitamins while cooking. Everybody knows that they get lost, but what are the actual numbers. Basically anything on vitamins

I've put it into Diet & Nutrition.
I think we need additional headings.

I've put it into Diet & Nutrition.I think we need additional headings. I guess, you're right yes. It's just I ment it to be more of a "human" topic. Barongsd, thanks, great site. Exactly what I needed. It's only a pity they have so few examples. I was very surprised that only 10%-25% vitamins get lost by cooking, it's good news I thought more like 50%

Duh! You're talking about vitamins for People! I think I'm suffering from excess blood in the caffein stream. What I'm trying to determine is how many more vitamins are in a salad than there are in a soup (I don't like salads, but love soups ) ;D Or basially everything cold and raw v. warm and cooked. The site Baron provided is very encouraging... Still looking for more
